Privacy notice

Draft for validation before production launch · October 2026

We collect the professional contact details you enter into the audit request form: name, email, firm name, website, market, jurisdiction, practice area, audit investment readiness, role, business priority and optional notes. If a campaign identifier is present, we may also record a limited set of UTM campaign parameters.

How the information is used

To assess your business enquiry, respond about scope, and maintain a record of that conversation. This is a business service enquiry only. Please do not submit confidential client facts, case details, or protected personal information.

Storage and sharing

On the supplied server deployment, requests are stored in a private server-side file outside the public website. If the operator configures a CRM or automation webhook, the same details will also be sent to that configured service. This landing page includes no third-party analytics scripts by default.

Retention and requests

Submission data remains until the operator deletes it or handles a relevant data rights request. The site does not automatically purge saved leads. Before accepting enquiries, the operator must publish a verified controller identity and contact, privacy contact, legal basis, defined retention schedule, recipient categories, relevant data-rights information, and international-transfer safeguards where applicable. European/UK privacy obligations require specific review; a checkbox does not by itself complete compliance.

Pre-launch requirement: This is a draft privacy notice; do not publish it as final without replacing the operator details and confirming applicable law and processor arrangements.
